Ahead of the Singapore Grand Prix later on today, Daniel Ricciardo seemingly bids farewell to Formula 1 for the first time.
The Australian driver has had no indication in terms of going forward with Team RB. Heavy rumours are circulating that Liam Lawson is to be brought in for the remainder of the season.
A poor qualifying session on Saturday only meant that these rumours intensified, with reports Ricciardo was saying his goodbyes in the paddock early on Sunday. Reports are that he cannot divulge the information at this time, although there is still no official confirmation that Ricciardo even knows whether or not this race is set to be his last in the sport.
Every F1 fan would be agreed that Ricciardo isn’t on form at the moment but surely deserves a proper send off. Wheel2Wheel Reports will be the first place to bring you any official updates from RB or Ricciardo himself, after the conclusion of events on Sunday.
