Wheel2Wheel Juniors – How to boss the Gym in just 1 Week!

By SGN

Starting off Gym being skinny can be a big challenge faced by many teenagers and adults when first starting gym. Building muscle is one of the most common aims that gym goers have, to build muscles you first need to work very hard in the gym (go to failure with every set you do) this is important because your body would get used to your normal training you do every day and by going to failure this will add a different stimulus to shock the muscle into growth to help you overcome plateaus.

Nutrition is another crucial factor affecting muscle building, starting gym as skinny requires you to increase your kcal per day by eating a lot of protein which is very essential for muscle growth and repair this is known as (bulking) by eating more kcal per day will increase muscle mass. Another way of building muscle is having a gym split (Push Pull Legs split, Arnold splits etc..) gym splits are also a very crucial factor which allows gym goers to work every muscle and also work those muscles more than 1 time a week this will maximise the muscle mass you put on.
