RB to take LEGAL ACTION Against Haas…

By Joe Murphy

Sensational reports have emerged since the conclusion of the 2024 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix after Team RB have revealed they are considering taking legal action on Haas, after some questionable tactics saw the American Team score a point, denying the Red Bull sister team in the process.

The reasoning is that as Kevin Magnussen racked up the penalties for some pretty reckless driving which involved incidents with Albon and Tsunoda, this allowed Hulkenberg to secure a potentially princess point in its pursuit of placings in the Constructors standings. In fact, that single point was enough to put Haas sixth, ahead of Williams, Sauber, Alpine and the aforementioned RB Team.

What’s been phrased as “unsportsmanlike conduct” in currently under review by both teams and officials, alike.

Whilst it wasn’t downright stated, the plan from Haas was very clear. Although, because it wasn’t Magnussen who scored the points, there doesn’t appear to be that much the FIA can do, even if the complaint is upheld.

Was it foul play? Instead was it genius tactical awareness from Haas in a season they feared could be a long and brutal one? Be sure to comment below with your thoughts.
