HUGE BREAKING NEWS – F1 in shock as Verstappen signals RETIREMENT plans

By Joe Murphy

Max Verstappen says he could retire from F1 after Red Bull contract, aged 31: ‘I want to do other stuff’.

“F1 is amazing and I’ve achieved a lot… but it’s a lot of travelling and it’s a lot of races,” The double world champion was speaking ahead of record-extending 15th win of the season at Abu Dhabi GP.

In a shocking statement that appears to suggest that the Dutchman will not be breaking some of the long standing records in the sport as he has the potential to do, he clarified that it depends how competitive the car he drives is in 2028.

He is still only young and there is obviously a lot of time for him to change his mind. It could all be a ploy for a bigger and better contract, after all.
