Later on today (Wednesday 29th June 2022), I, Wheel2Wheel Reports’ own Joe Murphy, will be attending the prestigious and honorary Grand Prix Ball, an annual event taking place at the Hurlingham Club in South London.
With the British Grand Prix only a matter of days away, the Ball is not only an opportunity for a collection of Formula 1 royalty to gather, but also for raising money for a number of partner charities.
F1 alumni such as Eddie Jordan, Mark Webber, David Coulthard, plus friend of the Channel David Croft, are scheduled to be in attendance at the black tie event, which commences with a Red Carpet welcome. There is also set to be a charity auction, F1 car demonstration and a headline music performance. All accompanied by a delicious three course dinner and complimentary beverages.
