‘TENSE ATMOSPHERES at Red Bull and McLaren’

Wheel2Wheel Poems #3 – By Joe Murphy

As the teams head on to Baku,
There is something in the air,
A frosty atmosphere ensures,
One they don’t want to share.

Daniel Ricciardo at McLaren,
Is worried for his place.
Checo doesn’t want team orders,
For the Street Circuit race.

Max and Charles to battle again,
Who will come out on top?
The streets of Baku are unforgiving.
Any car can be brought to a stop.

Can Seb finish well again?
Can Mercedes stand up tall?
What about Haas and Alfa Romeo?
They’re scoring points now after all.

A red flag is likely, it really is,
Good news for Ocon or Gasly?
Anything could happen Sunday afternoon
In the Azerbaijan Grand Prix
