Red Bull showing signs of losing their cool… “

Anyone who saw the Friday press conference will know that things got a little heated when Max was asked about the Silverstone incident with Lewis Hamilton. For those who didn’t see it, Sky Sports’ Tom Clarkson started to ask what would happen if the two were wheel to wheel again heading into the first corner. At this point Max cut him off in an expletive ridden rant about how sick he was of answering the same question over and over again. This lead me to ask the question.
Did the media go too far??
My personal feeling was yes!!
I felt this accident was blown way out of proportion. Although the stewards gave Lewis Hamilton a penalty I felt it was nothing more than a racing incident. Yes it was a high speed crash but it’s hard racing and it’s what everyone wants to see.

“Red Bull Senior management meltdown…”

It seems that tensions between Red Bulls Christian Horner and Mercedes Toto Wolff are getting worse by the minute!! Red bull clearly feel very aggrieved at the last two races. It has been horrible luck!! But that’s it “Luck goes around and comes around”!! Summer break is probably a good thing for Red Bull to reset and return with a better attitude. In my opinion they have the better car and the championship is theirs to lose. I expect that they will be very strong after the break and re establish their lead. Lewis Hamilton looks drained and not his normal self. I guess Covid has taken its toll!! Only Red Bull’s bad luck has put Lewis back in front and the luck will turn at some stage!
